Flourishing Learning Network
Safeguarding
Children and young people’s welfare is central to how we develop Flourishing. We aim to create respectful environments where children are heard and families can raise concerns.
Before taking part
Families will receive information about the activity, supervision and who to speak to. Please discuss access or support needs with us before attending. Parents and carers should follow the supervision arrangements communicated for each event.
Raise a concern with Flourishing
Email flourishinglearningnetwork@gmail.com and ask to speak to the person responsible for safeguarding. Please avoid sending detailed sensitive information in your first email. This inbox is not an emergency service.
Urgent concerns
If a child is at immediate risk of harm, call 999. For other concerns, use the local authority safeguarding service for the child’s area.
West Sussex: request support or raise a concern about a child
Sidekicks
Sidekicks is a future programme. It will only begin when appropriate safer recruitment, training, supervision and safeguarding arrangements are in place.
